Shipping & Returns

1. Unavailable at the Time of Delivery?

Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a valid address and postal code when placing your order. If both attempts fail, the package will be returned to SartiYoon's head office, and you will be notified via email or phone.

2. How Long Does Shipping Take?

Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 working days. We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders.

4. Sartiyoon Shipping Options

We currently ship only within Pakistan. With seven warehouses spread across Sindh, we provide fast and affordable delivery across the country.

Once you successfully place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary and invoice at the email address you provided. This email will include your order number and details. If you do not receive an email, it means your order was not successfully placed.
