Return & Refund Policy
- No Return, No Refund: We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
- Damaged or Incorrect Goods: If the items you receive differ from what was ordered, or if they are defective or damaged, we will exchange the item or issue store credit of equal value.
- Return Process for Exchanges: All items for exchange must be sent via courier to Sartiyoon at Ahmed Shah Colony, PO Naudero, District Larkana, Sindh.
- Exchange Timeframe: We accept exchanges within 7 days of the order date. Requests outside this period will not be accepted.
- Condition of Goods: Returned goods must be in a resaleable condition, unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.
- Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns for exchange. These costs are non-refundable, and any refund will have return shipping deducted.
