Return & Refund Policy – Sartiyoon

At Sartiyoon, we value customer satisfaction while maintaining transparent policies. Please review the following terms carefully before initiating a return.

1. Return Period

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

In the same condition as received
Unworn and unused
With original tags attached
In original packaging
Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

⚠️ Important: Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Rs. 300 for first kg
Rs. 150 for second kg (applicable for heavier parcels)
2% WHT (Income Tax) on COD amount
2% WHT (Sales Tax) on COD amount
16% GST on courier charges (as per Government of Pakistan regulations)

All applicable government taxes are non-refundable as they are deposited with authorities.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery.

The item is defective or damaged
You received the wrong product

We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution (replacement or refund where applicable).

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made or personalized products
Special orders
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items
Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.

7. Exchanges

For exchanges:

Return the original item first.
Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.

📌 For the second delivery, customers must pay delivery charges:

Rs. 300 for first kg
Rs. 150 for second kg (if applicable)

8. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your return:

You will be notified whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
