Are Sartiyoon products handmade?

Yes. Many of our products are handcrafted using traditional textile and artisan techniques, including Ajrak hand block printing. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, print placement, texture, and finishing may occur. These variations are part of the character and authenticity of artisan-made products.

Where is Sartiyoon based?

Sartiyoon Crafts is based in Naudero city , Larkana Distt Sindh, Pakistan, and our products are inspired by the rich cultural heritage and traditional craftsmanship of the region.

How do I place an order?

After successfully placing your order, Sartiyoon will send an order confirmation to the email address or contact information provided during checkout.

Are Ajrak products exactly the same as shown in the pictures?

Our products are handcrafted, so minor differences in color, print placement, motif alignment, and finishing may occur.

Product photographs are taken under different lighting conditions, and colors may also appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

What fabric does Sartiyoon use?

Our products may be made from different fabrics depending on the product. Product pages clearly mention the applicable fabric, such as:

Are Ajrak fabrics printed with organic dyes?

Where applicable, products specifically described as Organic Dye Hand Block Printed Ajrak are made using organic/natural dye processes as stated in their product description.

Are Sartiyoon products stitched or unstitched?

Both types are available.

What should I do if I am unsure about the size?

Shipping & Delivery

Does Sartiyoon ship worldwide?

Yes. Sartiyoon offers international shipping, subject to courier availability and destination-country restrictions.

International shipping charges are calculated according to the destination, shipment weight, dimensions, and applicable courier rates.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping service selected.

For Pakistan orders, delivery generally takes approximately 5–7 business days, although remote locations or unforeseen courier delays may require additional time.

For international orders, delivery times vary by country and courier service.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available.

You can use the tracking number provided by Sartiyoon or the courier to follow your shipment.

What happens if I am unavailable when the courier arrives?

Please ensure that someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive your parcel.

Courier companies may make multiple delivery attempts according to their operational policy. If delivery remains unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to Sartiyoon.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel needs to be re-shipped because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will try to update the address. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, changing the delivery address may not be possible.

What happens if my parcel is returned because I was unavailable?

If a parcel is returned to Sartiyoon because of repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal, an incorrect address, or other customer-related delivery issues, please contact us to arrange re-shipment.

Additional delivery charges may apply.

International Orders

Do international orders include customs duties and taxes?

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are generally outside Sartiyoon's control.
