Processing & Shipping Time

At Sartiyoon Crafts, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location:
    • Within Pakistan: 3-5 business days
    • International Shipping: 10-20 business days (depending on the destination and customs clearance)

⚠️ Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or customs delays.

Note for Deliveries to Azad Kashmir

Due to repeated delivery issues in Azad Kashmir, we have experienced a high number of returned parcels. In many cases customers refuse to receive COD orders, riders face difficulty locating addresses, or delivery calls are not answered, which results in parcels being returned to us.

Therefore, for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders to Azad Kashmir, we require an advance payment of PKR 600 to confirm the order.

When placing your order, please pay PKR 600 in advance through our bank account at checkout, or request our Easypaisa/JazzCash mobile account details via:

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. The standard shipping charges are:

  • Within Pakistan: Rs. 300 for the first kg (additional charges may apply for heavier parcels).
  • International Orders: Rates will be calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your package. If you do not receive tracking details, please contact us at sartiyoon@gmail.com or Whatsapp: +92 458 334735.

International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
  • International delivery times may vary due to customs processing in the destination country.
  • All international orders require full payment in advance. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international shipments.

Delivery Issues & Address Errors

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing an order.
  • We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact the courier service first.
  • If your package is lost, contact us at sartiyoon@gmail.com or Whatsapp: +92 458 334735 with your order details, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
