Sustainability
Crafts that last, communities that stay
For us, sustainability starts with people: the rural communities whose crafts and livelihoods we want to last.
01Community
A craft lasts if its makers can live from it
In rural Sindh, skills were passed down but the income rarely followed.
Sartiyoon trains women, pays for their work and brings it to customers directly. Steady work from skills they already have lets families stay and work where they are.
02Craft
Slow, handmade, made to last.
Hand block printing, handloom weaving and hand embroidery are slow crafts. They use skilled hands, plant-based dyes in our ajrak and traditional methods instead of heavy machinery.
We make pieces to be worn and kept.
