Our shipping timelines vary depending on the product. Clothing products usually take 2 to 14 working days, while fabrics and sarees are shipped within 2 to 3 working days. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding weekends. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your registered email. Please do not accept any parcel that appears tampered, as we cannot be held responsible for it.

Tracking details are always emailed after dispatch. If you cannot find the email, kindly check your spam or junk folder.

For domestic shipping, we offer free delivery on orders above Rs.2000. Orders below Rs.2000 carry a flat shipping fee of Rs.300 for both COD and prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Eligibility After a Returned Order

At Sartiyoon, we work hard to process and deliver every order successfully. Because returned COD orders result in additional shipping and handling costs, the following policy applies:

If a customer places a Cash on Delivery (COD) order and the parcel is subsequently returned to Sartiyoon, the customer may no longer be eligible for COD on future orders.

Future Orders After a Returned COD Parcel

For customers whose previous COD order has been returned, Cash on Delivery will no longer be available for subsequent orders.

Future orders from such customers will be accepted through:

This policy applies regardless of the reason for the return, including refusal, non-acceptance, or failure to receive the parcel.

Why This Policy Applies

Returned COD parcels create additional courier, handling, packaging, and operational costs for Sartiyoon. Restricting COD for customers with a previous returned order helps us reduce repeated delivery losses and continue providing reliable service to our customers.
