Returns & Exchange Policy
You have 14 days from the day you receive an item to ask for a return. Please read the conditions below first.
1. Return period
Return requests must reach us within 14 days of delivery.
2. What can be returned
An item can be returned if it is:
- in the same condition as you received it
- unworn and unused
- still carrying its original tags
- in its original packaging
- sent with your receipt or proof of purchase
We cannot accept items that do not meet these conditions.

Important: we do not accept items sent without prior return approval.
4. Return shipping
The customer pays return shipping. Courier rates are Rs. 300 for the first kg and Rs. 150 for the second kg on heavier parcels. COD parcels also carry 2% withholding income tax and 2% withholding sales tax on the COD amount, and 16% GST on courier charges, as required by the Government of Pakistan. These taxes are paid to the authorities and are not refundable.
5. Damaged or wrong items
Please inspect the parcel when it is delivered. Contact us straight away if the item is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong product. We will check the problem and offer a replacement or a refund where it applies.
6. Items that cannot be returned
- custom-made or personalised products
- special orders
- sale items
- gift cards
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
If you are not sure whether an item qualifies, ask us before you buy.
7. Exchanges
- Return the original item first.
- Once we approve the return, place a new order for the product you want.
Delivery of the new order is charged at the usual rate: Rs. 300 for the first kg, and Rs. 150 for the second kg on heavier parcels.
8. Refunds
We inspect the returned item and tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval and the money has not arrived, email hello@sartiyoon.com.
