Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it
• Unworn or unused
• With tags and in its original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Charges

Customers must pay the return shipping charges, which are Rs. 300 for the first kg. Additional charges Rs. 150 for the second kg may apply for heavier parcels.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

• The item is defective or damaged
• You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

For exchanges, the fastest way is to return the item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

📌 For the second delivery, the customer will have to pay delivery charges of Rs. 300 for the first kg. Additional charges Rs. 150 for the second kg may apply for heavier parcels.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
